Our Story
Carton Developments Ltd was founded in 2022 by Anton Young, an experienced construction professional with an Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University.
Holding senior positions across industry leading businesses meant managing complex projects such as large-scale PFI schools, flagship residential developments, and challenging civil engineering schemes. When Anton established Carton Developments Ltd, his goal was to bring this wealth of experience into a company that values collaboration, transparency and long-term relationships as much as technical excellence.
From day one, the business took a strategic path of sustainable, organic growth. Rather than rushing into large contracts, Anton focused on building financial strength and a trusted team by supporting other small businesses and undertaking consultancy work. This careful foundation allowed Carton Developments Ltd to expand steadily and confidently into the main contracting market.
